How to install Microsoft Store apps on CU devices
This document will guide you through a few steps to give you the best option to installing software from the Microsoft Store.
1. Click the Start button.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Accounts.
4. Click Access work or school.
5. Click the Work or School account in question.
6. Click the Disconnect button.
7. Click the Yes button.
8. Open up Microsoft Store and try and install the app in question.
This should give you the best option for installing apps from the Microsoft Store. There have been some hit or miss attempts, but more often than not, removing the CU School account from Windows 10 settings will allow you to install the app.
