- Cleared incorrect password when printing to Canon Devices.
How to Steps
1. Click the Start Menu.
2. Click the Pharos folder.
3. Click the Pharos Popup Client Configuration.
4. Click Clear Saved Answers Now
5. A message will show that the Last Saved Answers were reset.
6. Click Ok.
7. Click Ok to close the Pharos Popup Client Configurator.
8. Try to print again and the screen will prompt to enter credentials in.
