Parking Services is a branch of Public Safety. Public Safety Security does not handle permits, citations, or holds. Students and employees(enrolled) with outstanding balances may be placed on registrations hold. The hold for Parking Services will show up on the students Banner account as Public Safety with a description of "Citations of JayPark". This hold can prevent registering for classes and even receiving diplomas.
You can verify your account is in good stand by visiting JayPark. JayPark is also where you can pay your citations. All outstanding citations must be paid to remove the hold. To expedite the removal of the registration hold after full payment, ask questions, or apply for potential accommodations(not guaranteed) submit a ticket.
