Employees and Students may only purchase a permit by logging into JayPark with their Creighton SSO. Employees and student should not create a guest account unless specifically instructed otherwise by Parking Services.
You can submit an appeal through JayPark that will be review and voted on by the Appeals Review Panel.

Students with outstanding balances may be placed on registrations hold. This hold can prevent registering for classes and even receiving diplomas.
What is JayPark?: JayPark is the parking system that Parking Services uses to manage all permits, waitlists, and citations on Omaha's campus and the permits for Phoenix.
Where is Parking Services located?: Parking Services is located with Card Services in Harper 1090. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m..
Decals must be placed on the inside lower passenger corner of the windshield. These decals are repositionable and are able to move from vehicle to vehicle as needed. The decal must be adhered to the windshield by the manufacturer's adhesive.
Printed permits must be printed out and placed on the vehicle dash. Permits should be face up so that the permit number, plate number, and dates are visible. Do not fold permit to obstruct any part of needed information.
Your physical citation will include your violation type and any notes that the enforcement officer felt were necessary to include. The citations are also viewable by logging into your JayPark account. You can search by plate number of citation number on JayPark as well. Time stamped images are included in the citation and are viewable at anytime on JayPark.
