How to Steps
If you're encountering the error message: For the best experience, open this portfolio in Acrobat X or Adobe Reader X, or later, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Open Preflight in Adobe Acrobat.
	- Open the problematic PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
 
	- Go to Tools > Print Production and select Preflight.
 
Step 2: Flatten Annotations and Form Fields
	- In the Preflight window, search for flatten in the search bar.
 
	- Select Flatten annotations and form fields from the list of options.
 
	- Click Fix.
 
Step 3: Reprint the PDF
	- Once the flattening process is complete, go to File > Print.
 
	- Choose Adobe PDF as the printer.
 
	- Click Print and save the file with a new name.
 
Step 4: Verify the Fix
	- Open the newly saved PDF.
 
	- Confirm that the error message no longer appears.
