- Print restricted documents with correct text.
How to Steps
When printing a document, the text appears as random symbols.
- Check to ensure the document does not contain any special fonts (see attached document for full list of supported fonts).
- Remove any unsupported fonts if present.
- Check to see if document is encrypted or secured (i.e., Adobe Docusign, Government Forms, Password Protected Files)
- Open secured document and print using StudentSecure.
- Badge in to the printer and release print from your queue.
